Growing Well Growing Healthy is an NHS Service in Stockton on Tees helping children and families to live healthier and happier lives. The FREE Growing Well Growing Healthy app is designed to help parents take control of their childs weight and BMI and help young people maintain a healthy lifestyle.
This app allows parents and children to track activity, food and fluid intake as well as accepting rewards for completing healthy tasks.
